This Major Incident Response course is designed to equip staff, first responders, and frontline personnel with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to respond effectively during a mass casualty or terrorist-related incident—in line with the principles of Martyn’s Law (Protect Duty).

The training focuses on time-critical actions taken before the emergency services arrive, including scene safety, initial triage, and life-saving interventions such as catastrophic bleeding control. This is a high-impact, practical course ideal for security teams, venue staff, educators, retail supervisors, healthcare support workers, and community responders.
