Why Book with us?
Â
The strength of our first aid training lies in the background of our instructors.
All our first aid instructors are real life emergency responders. Global expedition leaders, paramedics, Community First Responders and / or Search and Rescue personnel.
They have managed major trauma and critical incidents in uncontrolled, high risk situations. They understand what happens before an ambulance arrives and how quickly conditions can deteriorate.
That operational experience is brought directly into the classroom.
You ask, we answer
We are a business so we have staff and bills to pay. So we do have T&Cs. They can be found here.Â
Yes of course. As long as you give us a least 7 working days notice we are happy to move you to another course at no cost. Less than 7 working days there will be an admin fee, mainly because we will have already paid for things for your course such as registrations with awarding bodies.Â
