Our Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course is ideal for those who may be the first to respond in an emergency. This one day course covers essential first aid skills such as CPR, choking, dealing with unconscious casualties and managing common injuries. It’s practical, hands on, and specifically adapted to reflect real scenarios.
For designated first aiders or those with additional responsibilities, our First Aid at Work (FAW) course provides a more comprehensive, three day training experience. Covering a wider range of conditions and emergencies including asthma, anaphylaxis, head injuries, and more.

You can split this course up! It doesn’t have to be 3 days in a row.
As long as we complete all 3 days in a 6 weeks we can fit around you. Some farms have completed every Friday for 3 weeks. Or A Tuesday then a Thursday then a Monday. The only rule is we need to do a full day

FAW training is designed to meet the requirements of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) for first aid in the workplace
The Emergency First Aid at Work +F (EFAW+F) is a one-day course tailored specifically for those working in forestry, agriculture, or remote outdoor environments. It includes all the standard EFAW content—such as CPR, recovery position, and managing bleeding—plus additional training on forestry-specific risks like crush injuries, hypothermia, and catastrophic bleeding. This course meets the Health & Safety Executive’s (HSE) +F forestry recommendations. It’s ideal for forestry workers, tree surgeons, gamekeepers, and anyone operating in rural or high-risk outdoor settings.
Working alone in remote or high risk environments can leave individuals vulnerable when accidents happen. Our Lone Worker: Seriously Injured course meets HSE guidelines and is designed to give lone workers the confidence and practical skills to respond effectively to life-threatening injuries when no immediate help is available.
This half day course focuses on self administered first aid techniques, including bleeding control, injury management, and how to stay safe and alert while waiting for emergency services.

Our Knife Incident First Aid training is a specialist half-day course designed to equip you with the knowledge and practical skills to respond to catastrophic bleeding. While these situations are rare, being prepared can save lives. This course provides clear, calm guidance on what to do in those critical first minutes before emergency services arrive.
Focused on practical, scenario based learning, the session covers how to manage major bleeding, apply tourniquets and haemostatic dressings and safely handle embedded objects. It also explores scene safety, effective communication with emergency responder, and the emotional and safeguarding considerations that may follow such an incident. The training is sensitive and realistic.

On this course we delve into the meaning of mental health and mental ill health. How staff can recognise, support and understand.
This is a one day course normally delivered at your workplace or over Zoom.
