1. General Terms and Conditions

    • The terms and conditions shall exclude all other terms and conditions subject always to any rights and liabilities imposed by statute. Any alterations or variation shall be of no effect unless agreed by a senior representative of the Company in writing. No other employee, representative or agent has authority to vary, alter or amend these conditions in any way whatsoever.

    • Once a learner has created a profile, a booking is made and partial or full payment has been made, this is considered full acceptance of our terms and conditions.

    • DAC Education Ltd is more than happy to offer advice on which training course you may require but it is a learner’s responsibility to ensure that the training purchased is suitable for your needs/requirements and that it fulfils any training obligations you may have.

    • It is the responsibility of all learners to ensure they are fit and able to attend and participate in the practical and interactive training. Any disability, ether physical or mental, that may hinder the learners training must be disclosed to DAC Education Ltd coordinators at the time of booking. DAC Education Ltd will do all they can to ensure all persons are able to attend and participate in training and will therefore discuss any provisions that they may be able to offer. However, under some circumstances this may not be possible. It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure they have support with them should they require it.
    • All learners must have a level of both written and spoken English allowing them to understand the instructor, training and assessment/s.

    • Attendance of the course is mandatory and only successful completion of the course, and any assessments will result in certification.

    • Certificates will only be provided once payment has been made in full.

    • Certificate are sent in digital format to the individual learner and / or the core contact of an organisation.

    • The use of audio/visual recording equipment to record training sessions or make copies of training resources/materials is strictly prohibited.

    • Anti-social, disruptive or abusive behaviour from learners towards any person in the present vicinity will not be tolerated. Immediate removal of the offending learner will be executed with no refund payable.

    • In the unlikely event a learner is dissatisfied with their training please email info@daceducation.co.uk giving a full description of the complaint. 
  1. Open courses

    • Bookings

      • are made online via

        • Over the phone with one of our office staff

      • The seat on the course will only be secured once payment has been received.

  • Payment
    All prices displayed on DAC Education Ltd and ProTrainings are exclusive of VAT.
      • Payments are made through the DAC Education website.
      • DAC Education Ltd will send an invoice with the welcome email after the booking has been made. All prices displayed on DAC Education Ltd and ProTrainings are exclusive of VAT.

      • Payment must be made to secure a seat on the course. DAC Education Ltd reserves the right to cancel a seat if payment has not been received.

    • Cancellations

      • DAC Education Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an open course at any time. When this occurs DAC Education Ltd will offer the learner a transfer to another course date or a full refund of any payment made will be given.

      • Should a learner choose to cancel their seat on an open course, DAC Education Ltd requires 14 day’s notice prior to the training day. A full refund of payment already made will be given.

      • If a learner chooses to cancel their seat on a course with less than 14 day’s notice, DAC Education Ltd reserves the right to charge 50% of the full course value.

      • If a learner chooses to cancel their seat on a course with 7 days or less notice DAC Education Ltd reserves the right to charge the full course value.

      • Should a learner choose to transfer their seat to another course date there will be no extra charge.

    • Failure to attend / Lateness

      • Should the learner fail to attend the seat booked onto a course, with no prior notice, the full value of the course is payable. Should the learner wish to attend another course date the full course value will be payable again.

      • Should a learner fail to attend the seat booked onto a course due to unforeseen circumstances, DAC Education Ltd will review the circumstances and it is at DAC Education Ltd’s discretion to offer a partial, full or no refund.

      • Should a learner arrive late to a course it is at the instructor’s discretion whether to accept the learner onto the course if the instructor feels the learner has missed too much and will have received insufficient training to pass the final assessment/s.

      • Should the instructor decide not to accept the learner onto the course the full colurse value is still payable and no refund will be given.

      • Should the learner arrive late to a course due to unforeseen circumstances it will be the instructor’s sole discretion to advise of a further course of action and will be addressed after said training has been completed. A decision will be made and presented to the learner within 48 hours of the missed training course date.

  1. Organisation Courses

    • Bookings

      • are made online via the awarding authority website ProTrainings. Available course dates can be viewed on the DAC Education Ltd website or via the awarding authority website ProTrainings.

      • DAC Education Ltd will liase with a core contact from the organisation but each learner must create their own profile to book onto the course. DAC Education Ltd will send the core contact the links to sign up to the agreed course.

      • Courses have a maximum of 12 learners to one instructor. If more than 12 learners are required DAC Education Ltd will discuss arrangements with the core contact.

    • Payment

      • DAC Education Ltd will send an invoice after the completion of the training course.

      • Payment must be made to secure a seat on the course. DAC Education Ltd reserves the right to cancel a seat if payment has not been received.

      • The organisation must let DAC Education Ltd know of its payment terms and if required a Purchase Order number at the time of booking.

      • A 50% deposit may be requested to secure the date and course. DAC Education Ltd will invoice the remaining 50% after the training has been completed.

 

  • Cancellations

    • DAC Education Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time.When this occurs DAC Education Ltd will offer the organisation a transfer to another course date or a full refund of any payment made will be given.

    • Should an organisation choose to cancel their course, DAC Education Ltd requires 14 day’s notice prior to the training day. A full refund of payment already made will be given.

    • If an organisation chooses to cancel a course with less than 14 day’s notice, DAC Education Ltd reserves the right to charge 50% of the full course value.

    • If an organisation chooses to cancel a course with 7 days or less notice, DAC Education Ltd reserves the right to charge the full course value and any additional costs incurred by DAC Education Ltd i.e. accommodation bookings.
