Description

Be ready to lead when every second counts.
The First Responder On Scene (FROS) Level 3 course is an intensive, hands-on qualification designed for individuals who may be first to arrive at the scene of a medical emergency. Over several days, you’ll learn how to manage life-threatening situations with confidence—before ambulance crews arrive.

This course goes beyond standard first aid, covering advanced techniques such as airway adjuncts, oxygen administration, trauma and bleed control, and a range of medical emergencies including cardiac arrest, stroke, asthma, and anaphylaxis. Through realistic scenarios and expert-led instruction, you’ll develop the critical thinking, practical skills, and confidence to take decisive action under pressure.

Perfect for those working in remote or high-risk environments—such as outdoor instructors, event medics, security teams, and volunteer responders—this nationally recognised Level 3 qualification gives you the knowledge and authority to save lives.
