The vast majority of the general public either don’t know any first aid or wouldn’t have the confidence to apply what they do know in a time of crisis.

Our First Response Emergency Care (FREC) Level 3 course is a regulated, nationally recognised qualification designed for those who may need to deliver immediate medical care in pre-hospital environments. Whether you’re working in security, event medical cover, high risk industries or taking the first step towards a career in emergency medical services, FREC 3 provides the essential knowledge and hands on skills to respond confidently when every second counts.
Covering everything from patient assessment and airway management to catastrophic bleeding control, trauma care and medical emergencies. This intensive course blends classroom learning with scenario based training to prepare learners for real world incidents. We currently run 6 courses a year at our centre in Suffolk, as well as bespoke courses across the country.

Our First Responder On Scene (FROS) Level 3 course is an intensive, nationally recognised qualification for those who may be first to arrive at the scene of a medical emergency. Designed for individuals working in remote, high risk or public facing roles, such as event medics, outdoor professionals, security staff and volunteer responders. FROS 3 equips learners with the practical skills and decision making ability to manage life threatening situations before professional medical help arrives.
Through a blend of hands on training and realistic scenario work, learners gain confidence in managing airway obstructions, catastrophic bleeding, trauma and a wide range of medical emergencies. You’ll also cover key responder responsibilities like scene safety, PPE use, patient assessment and emergency communication. Whether you’re looking to build your emergency care capability or progress in the pre-hospital care field, FROS Level 3 prepares you to lead when every second counts. More Information

Our Immediate Life Support (ILS) course is designed for healthcare professionals, we deliver ILS for dentists and ILS for health care professionals who may need to respond quickly and effectively to a deteriorating patient or cardiac arrest. Aligned with the latest Resuscitation Council UK guidelines, this one day course covers the ABCDE assessment approach, high quality CPR, safe use of defibrillators and basic airway management ensuring participants are prepared for real world emergencies in clinical settings.
Through practical, scenario-based training, learners also develop vital non technical skills such as leadership, communication and teamwork under pressure. Covering adult, child and infant CPR, choking response, recovery position and defibrillator use. This training follows the latest Resuscitation Council UK and European Resuscitation Council guidelines ensuring full compliance and clinical relevance.
Ideal for annual CPD, staff refreshers or onboarding new team members, this 4-hour course is delivered on site at your location for maximum convenience. With a focus on practical skills and healthcare specific scenarios, your team will leave confident, competent and ready to respond when every second matters in a clinical or care environment.

Our Major Incident Response course prepares staff to take life saving action in the critical minutes before emergency services arrive during a mass casualty or terrorist-related incident. Designed in line with the principles of Martyn’s Law (Protect Duty), this practical training gives participants the confidence and skills to manage high-pressure situations effectively. Whether in schools, public venues, retail spaces or healthcare settings.
The course covers scene safety, dynamic risk assessment, initial triage and essential interventions such as catastrophic bleeding control. Participants also learn how to declare a major incident using the METHANE protocol, communicate clearly with emergency responders and manage the psychological impact of a traumatic event. It’s a powerful, scenario-driven course tailored to those who may find themselves first on scene in a major incident.
