Based in Suffolk and delivering courses across the UK, we specialise in practical, engaging training that gives learners real-world confidence, whether you’re in the classroom, on a construction site or halfway up a mountain.

With decades of hands-on experience in emergency response, expedition leadership and compliance, we go far beyond the first aid textbook. Our instructors, many of whom are active community responders, search and rescue professionals or expedition medics, bring each of our training courses to life with real world examples, clear guidance and practical skills.

  • ✅ First Aid Training in Suffolk and UK wide– Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), First Aid at Work (FAW), Paediatric First Aid (EYFS) and 16 hour Outdoor First Aid.

  • ✅ Health & Safety in Suffolk and UK wide – QNUK Level 1 H&S in  construction environments, manual handling, COSHH and risk assessment.

  • ✅ Mental Health First Aid in Suffolk and UK wide– Mental health awareness, workplace mental wellbeing and expedition mental health.

  • ✅ Pre-Hospital Care in Suffolk and UK wide– FREC3, FROS, ILS, Major Incident Trauma response.

  • ✅ Expedition and Outdoor Leadership in Suffolk– Lowland Expedition Leadership course,  Training for Duke of Edinburgh leaders, Expedition Mental Health, Outdoor first Aid. 

We deliver training on site at your workplace nationwide, and at our Suffolk training centre, IP17 1LF or in outdoor location near Sutton Hoo, all tailored to your needs. Our first aid training and health & Safety Training courses are regulated through awarding bodies such as QNUK, Qualsafe and Protrainings. They also meet standards from Ofsted, EYFS, the HSE and the Resuscitation Council UK standards.
