Sports First Aid level 3
In sport, injuries happen fast — and the first few minutes matter.
This one-day Sports First Aid Level 3 course is designed to give coaches, sports staff and volunteers the confidence and skills to respond effectively to injuries and medical emergencies on the pitch, court or training ground. The course includes and equivalent to the Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) but is sports orientated. In many aspects it exceeds the requirements of the EFAW. It is accredited by Protrainings Ltd.
This course can be spread out over two sessions on different days/weeks if required. Or delivered on a Saturday or Sunday. (But not during the rugby season! Dave will be coaching)
The course combines essential first aid skills with sport-specific injury management, helping you deal with everything from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies in a practical, hands-on environment.
