Immediate Life Support (ILS) Level 3 (VTQ)
Essential emergency response training for clinical settings. This Immediate Life Support (ILS) training course places strong emphasis on both technical and non technical skills, ensuring participants can respond quickly, lead when required, and work effectively within a resuscitation team.
This ILS course is designed for healthcare professionals who may be required to respond to a deteriorating patient or cardiac arrest in a clinical environment. Based on the latest Resuscitation Council UK guidelines, it teaches how to identify and prevent causes of cardiopulmonary arrest, apply the ABCDE approach and perform high-quality CPR and defibrillation.
You’ll also learn essential airway management techniques and develop the non technical skills needed for effective teamwork and leadership during medical emergencies.
