Countryside life can present risks for dogs who can suffer injuries from rough terrain, barbed wire, dog attacks, road accidents, or encounters with livestock. Poisoning from garden chemicals, slug pellets,or toxic plants is also a common cause of veterinary emergencies.

Our Canine First Aid Level 2 (VTQ) course is designed to give dog owners and professionals the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in these situations. The course focuses on providing immediate first aid therefore stabilising a dog until veterinary care can be reached.

This practical training covers essential skills such as:

Lisa’s training approach focuses on calm decision making, clear priorities and practical action.
