Family First Aid One day course is only £64 inc vat!

We have found that many families and parents do not know the basics of first aid and do not really know what to do if they come across an accident or serious illness. Learning these basic life-saving skills is easy just for £64 per person.

The course aims are to give an understanding of the needs of a family. It covers primary and secondary care skills for adults, infants and children. Knowing what to do in an emergency is an excellent life skill to learn and the course covers many subjects that you may come across.

What about while you are on holiday?

Staycations have become ever more popular since the global pandemic, holidays now include more camping, hiking and walking and perhaps going off the beaten track.  However, this also means further from help, especially medical assistance.

As part of your holiday planning, even if it is not a staycation and you are going abroad, a Family First Aid course will better equip you when those cuts, breaks or stings occur.

You will increase your confidence of knowing how to deal with these and many other issues. Of course, first aid is not just for holidays, the training will benefit your family throughout the year.

Our instructors are experienced expedition leaders who have had to use these techniques in some of the most remote regions of the world. We, of course,  hope you never need to use the kit, but having the knowledge and confidence of being prepared is a great feeling.
